The SEE-GL Project

The SEE-GL Project, standing for Skills and Employment Enhancement in Green Logistics, is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming vocational education and training (VET) in the transport logistics sector across the Western Balkans. An Erasmus+ Capacity Building project, SEE-GL spans 24 months, starting on 1. January 2025. and concluding on 31. December 2026. This project fosters international cooperation and educational innovation to meet the growing demand for sustainable logistics practices in the region.SEE-GL is designed to establish a comprehensive educational program that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into transport logistics training. It brings together five organizations from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Montenegro to develop a vocational curriculum that addresses local socio-economic and environmental challenges while aligning with European standards.By equipping VET providers and logistics professionals with the necessary skills, SEE-GL aims to promote green logistics practices, increase employability in the transport sector, and prepare the workforce for the future of sustainable logistics. This initiative is vital for improving both environmental sustainability and socio-economic development in the region.

SEE-GL istraživački izvještaj: ESG standardi u transportu i logistici kroz Jugoistočnu Evropu

SEE-GL projekat sa ponosom objavljuje završetak našeg sveobuhvatnog istraživanja o standardima i praksama ekoloških, socijalnih i upravljačkih (ESG) aspekata u transportnom i logističkom sektoru kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu, Hrvatsku, Kosovo, Crnu Goru i Sloveniju.

  • Hrvatska i Kosovo pokazuju umjerene nivoe usvajanja (16% i 45% respektivno)
  • Uobičajene prepreke uključuju regulatornu složenost, finansijska ograničenja i praznine u znanju
  • Jaka potražnja postoji širom regiona za ESG obukom i izgradnjom kapaciteta

Šta slijedi: Od istraživanja do akcije
  1. Angažovanje stejkholdera: Organizovanje radionica u svakoj zemlji za prezentaciju rezultata i prikupljanje povratnih informacija
  2. Dizajn nastavnog plana: Razvoj pilot ESG modula obuke prilagođenih regionalnim potrebama
  3. Priprema trenera: Obuka edukatora za efikasnu isporuku ESG sadržaja

Dugoročna vizija (2025-2027)
  1. Pilot implementacija: Pokretanje ESG kurseva u partnerskim VET institucijama
  2. Regionalne mreže: Uspostavljanje platformi za prekograničnu saradnju
