Z&S Global is preparing to join an international youth exchange project, Decoding the Climate Message, coordinated by bapob e.V. – Berliner Arbeitskreis für politische Bildung with the support of OFAJ / DFJW.

The project brings together young people from Germany, France, and Montenegro to explore the climate crisis, media, digital skills, and creative forms of climate communication.

The exchange will take place near Berlin, Germany, with excursions to the capital.

Project focus

The programme will explore:

climate crisis and climate justice
media literacy and digital communication
creative and artistic approaches to climate action
intercultural exchange
youth participation and international cooperation

Participant profile

The project is intended for young people aged 18–30. Participants should be open to international exchange, shared accommodation, intercultural learning, group activities, and discussion around climate, media, and society.

A connection to digital media, climate action, communication, education, or creative work is welcome, but basic interest and motivation are also important.

International preparatory meeting: 18–20 May 2026, Berlin
Youth exchange: 11–18 June 2026, Wernsdorf near Berlin

Montenegro participation

Z&S Global will support the Montenegro side of the partnership, including participant outreach, selection support, preparation, communication, and coordination with the project team.
